This is a pre-printed panel that I bought from Indigo Niche in Australia, but I seen it for sale in other retailers too.
I'm mixing it up by using 3 colours to match our dining room chairs.
Some of you will remember that I made a full sized sashiko quilt back in 2012.
These blocks weren't pre-printed - I chose the patterns from books and the internet and scaled them to fit within my blocks. You can read how I transferred the designs on my blog post here.
(This is the advantage of having a blog - you can just refer to earlier blog posts for all the facts and figures!)
Now it's time for the Peacock Party. Did you notice that the link ups spilled on to a second page last week? That's the first time we've had 25 people linking up to the Peacock Party. Thank you, thank you everyone. I know it takes time for these things to grow, so I'm committed to sticking with this link up.
Feel free to link up a recent blog post below:

Pretty stitches, and your previous sashiko quilt is gorgeous!
I love your Sashiko embroidery, it looks very fresh and modern :)
The Sashiko looks lovely! Happy Stitching!
Great job on both sashiko quilts! I like the colors you chose for your runner.
love your Sashiko! that is so pretty I had a book somewhere once that had some of the patterns but I don't know what every happened to it - I have done a few small pieces for my daughter and she has done a few too
Love your work.
Very nice Sashiko. I have been wanting to start on a quilt with Sashiko and use of my Asian prints! Pretty quilt and very very nice Sashiko!
Must be something in the air! Have a great day!
WOW gorgeous Sashiko!
This is such a lovely post. Beautiful quilt. Just started doing Sashiko and this gives me such an incentive to continue.
Beautiful stitching. I just left two wide borders on a quilt for my first go with Sashiko. And about flying: I flew out to visit my daughter in California last year. My carry-on was toothbrush, books, and projects. I had a seam ripper and a whole bunch of straight pins (which I had forgotten about). The scanner lit up and the attendant took my tray of belongings to the "special" supervisor. He apparently had some quilters in his family because he took one look inside and sent me on my way, while trying not to grin. It was a pleasant experience.
Love your Sashiko! Looks so good.:)
The stitchery looks amazing! I also like how you mixed in prints with sashiko blocks in your quilt.

Love your sashiko work. I’m putting sashiko on my list of things to try. Thanks for hosting Peacock Party each week.
