If it's your first time here, hi, I'm Wendy. I live in Wellington, New Zealand with my husband and two sons. I love to use bright colours in my quilting. Here's a few of the things I'm currently working on:

This is half of my la passacaglia quilt. It's all English Paper Pieced, so it's taken all year to get this far. I'm one of the administrators of the the Millefiori / la passacaglia facebook group. If you're thinking about making one of these quilts it's a great group to join for help and advice.

I just watched all of NCIS on netflix over the past many months while nursing my baby. :)
My favorite TV show this year was Quantico. My favorite movie was Inside Out. But I'm looking forward to the new star wards movie.
I love Christmas fabric. I want to see The Martin and love Project Runway.
I love the fabric. What's it called? I enjoy Project Runway in the US.
I have enjoyed watching Longmire this year. Nothing better than a good TV series to watch whilst hand sewing!

I started watching White Collar and really like it!
Bones and NCIS, but mostly I am at my sewing machine.
Very difficult to say what my favourite films etc have been this year, there have been quite a few! On Netflix 'House of Cards' with Kevin Spacey - fabulous series based on our own English series written by Andrew Davies who just happens to live in the same town as I do! At the cinema '45 Years' and 'The Lady in the Van'.

Here we are over indulged with reality skills based programmes...I love them. There's the Great British Bake Off, The great British Sewing Bee...the Great British throw Down (pottery) has just finished... Crafts galore and competition too... Love it...

My favorite new show this year is The Grinder, but Modern Family still makes me laugh.

I'm not a TV watcher and in fact don't have a television hooked up in the house. Did watch most of the Nebraska Husker football games --I did enjoy those, particularly the one against Michigan State. It was a fairly dismal (make that very) dismal season. Love your Home and Away quilt and your millefiore rosettes. I want to start that QAL as soon as I get my printer/copier set up.
