You sew the fluffy side of a Velcro strip onto a 4" hanging sleeve, then hand sew the hanging sleeve to your quilt.<br />I have had 3 large quilts accepted, so have had alot of hand sewing to do. I think if you read the conditions of entry you will find it written there.Suehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06655148270853160541noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6516557859503396142.post-65436225431827055082019-08-10T10:36:24.884+12:002019-08-10T10:36:24.884+12:00Some seasons are perfect for dabbling.:) Those soc...Some seasons are perfect for dabbling.:) Those socks and gloves!! I know exactly what you mean about that "...Oh! I know exactly what you mean about that "dabbling" feeling! Me too! Haven't really accomplished anything, but make some progress on several things. You and I need to hang in there! Gosh, thanks for sharing that you're dealing with Velcro. I never would have guessed that ANY quilt show would require Velcro for displaying quilts. I've never heard of such a thing! Personally, I'd sure think long and hard about entering such a show. Like you said, the hassle of putting Velcro on a quilt... and then how that Velcro behaves when the quilt is folding. No way. I'd sure like to know why someone thought that was a good idea. Perhaps once the reasoning was explained, I'd be more understanding of the idea. Hope you get to a FINISH this coming week! I'm saying that because I want one too!FlourishingPalmshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13191140553844000267noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6516557859503396142.post-27357435337597128482019-08-10T01:43:09.085+12:002019-08-10T01:43:09.085+12:00Oh those socks and gloves and pincushion are all s...Oh those socks and gloves and pincushion are all so lovely!Daryl @ Patchouli Moon Studiohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06187456682218408410noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6516557859503396142.post-43641583544871299132019-08-10T01:11:21.799+12:002019-08-10T01:11:21.799+12:00love all the knitting - I have recently started to...love all the knitting - I have recently started to crochet again and those finger-less mitts give me ideas .
