It also adds a dimension to organising a national symposium that needs to be factored in. I do think it has to do with older quilters having more time than the younger group. Hope to link up next week as I missed this one.Anne / Springleaf Studioshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06114887911414187175noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6516557859503396142.post-57814596785992498332019-10-19T10:48:17.854+13:002019-10-19T10:48:17.854+13:00Thank you for this survey, I found it really inter...Thank you for this survey, I found it really interesting! I didn’t attend symposium but did submit an exhibition quilt. Was there a best of show, merit prizes etc? I have not seen any evidence of prize winners or who judged them anywhere on the Facebook page or website....if you could point me in the right direction that would be fab. I am also a member of Aotearoa Quilters, but haven’t seen anything there either Rachel Rattenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09990433119319364546noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6516557859503396142.post-81198394712727684452019-10-19T00:50:45.605+13:002019-10-19T00:50:45.605+13:00I think it's wonderful that you went to all th...I think it's wonderful that you went to all the effort to prepare and compile this survey! It's great information, Wendy, and in a way, I'm very surprised that the Symposium didn't organize a survey themselves. Will you share the information with them? Good on you for all your work! And as always, thank you for hosting the Peacock Party. Sounds like it would have been a wonderful event to have attended. If I ever make it to NZ, I'll make sure I visit in October. Have a lovely week with lots of happy stitching!Gretchen Weaverhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11163051875559827310noreply@blogger.com
